The first Motel 6 in Santa Barbara still leaves the light on today, but a lot has changed for the motel chain that pioneered the first real economy motel designed for the no-frills traveler. The original price of a night’s stay at Motel 6 was just $6.00, and thus established the brand name for an American classic.
The promise of the iconic brand is to offer clean, comfortable rooms and great experiences at any of our locations in the US and Canada. Motel 6 is a household name, synonymous with quality and value. It enjoys the highest brand recognition factor of any U.S. economy lodging brand.
The brand continues to grow and currently has approximately more than 1,400 locations across the United States and Canada. Part of G6 Hospitality, Motel 6 is the largest owned and operated hotel chain in North America.
The Crowley House, originally built in the very early 1900s, is a completely renovated home. It’s welcoming “southern charm” is undeniable. Centrally located in Crowley it is just minutes from any event or activity that one would be attending. It is a quiet retreat from the nearby bigger cities of Lafayette (20 minutes) and Lake Charles (45 minutes) as well.
EV charging is also available on premises.
With over 2,100 square feet of beautifully remodeled space, this retreat
features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and comfortably sleeps up to 10
guests (min of 5 guests please). The large, spacious crop room is
flooded with natural light, perfect for inspiring your creative
projects. You’ll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining
room, and a relaxing living room to unwind after a day of crafting.
Thursday @ 10 AM through Sunday @2PM for only $175 per person
We do require a $50 deposit per person to book and secure your weekend.

Step into our spacious 3-bedroom home and be greeted by a grand open kitchen adorned with bar seating and brand-new appliances. Adjacent is a convenient laundry room housing a washer and dryer. The dining room boasts a full-size table, perfect for memorable meals. Unwind in the expansive and cozy living area, complete with a streaming-capable TV. Accommodate your guests in a comfortable queen bed in one guest room, while another offers two twin beds and an additional TV. The guest bathroom features a full-size tub/shower. Retreat to the primary bedroom, boasting an attached bathroom for added privacy. Outside, indulge in the large backyard with stunning country views, outdoor seating, and a charming fire pit.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! It’s likely you won’t see us during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, We are here anytime you need to reach out.
