ENTRY FEE: $100 (INCLUDES EVENT SHIRT)
Gates will open up at 7 AM to set up and prepare meat. You will need to provide 100 samples. You choose your meat: pork, chicken, beef, seafood. No wild game. Cooking will start at 7:30 AM and must be done by 11:30 AM. You will have to cook 6 cups of rice on an open flame. The rice will be supplied to you. Gates will open to the public at 10:00 AM. Teams must supply all cooking items. We will have water and supply all cooked rice for the public to eat. Team members will each get a bracelet and all others will have to pay the$10 entry fee. You are allowed a total of four team members, one being designated as your team leader.

1st place: Four 10lb bags of rice and four VIP tags for Saturday, October 17th

2nd place: Four 10lb bags of rice and four VIP tags for Friday, October 16th
3rd place: Four 10lb bags of rice and four VIP tags for Thursday, October 15th
NO ICE CHEST ALLOWED. NO OUTSIDE DRINKS ALLOWED INCLUDING ALCOHOL. DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE EVENT.
